If you have forgotten the password to your site User account, you can request a new that a new one be sent to the e-mail account you have listed on your User profile. To request a new password:
- Click the “Login/Register” link found at the top of every page. This will bring you to the site Login page.
- Next, click the “Forgot your login information? Click here” link, located underneath the User sign-in form on the page. This will bring you to the Forgot Login Information page.
- Finally, enter your e-mail account address in the space provided. Make sure the address matches the one listed on your User profile, or your request will be denied. When you're finished, click the “Submit” button. You'll then be sent a new password to the e-mail address you provided.
