Reporting to the Manager, Assisted Living and Community Programs, the Apartment RN will support the needs of the Assisted Living residents.

To ensure that residents of the Assisted Living Program have their healthcare needs met and monitored in a manner consistent with Shalom Community Village ATHOME values.

The Apartment RN uses advanced training to complete resident assessments, create care plans, and ensure that residents are encouraged to be independent with their care needs.
