Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Quality Coordinator works collaboratively with the LTC
Operations leadership team, and employees at Shalom Village. Responsible for developing, implementing, and
overseeing quality improvement initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of care, services and quality of
life. Coordinating the overall Quality and Risk Management Program, supporting accreditation activities and
fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the Policy review and Policy framework. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in quality and process improvement, and a passion for delivering high-
quality care to seniors with a focus and emphasis on safety and improved health outcomes. The candidate will
possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across
departments.
