Na’amat Hamilton is holding its first Wellness Day on Sunday, January 25, 2015, at Temple Anshe Shalom (215 Cline Avenue North in Westdale, Hamilton). The event combines exercise activities led by certified trainers and educational presentations by a panel of health experts (note that participation in the fitness activities is not required). The Wellness day is open to all, men and women, the young and the older. Please come out for an enjoyable and enlightening day.
