November is Grief/Bereavement Awareness Month, and JSS, along with Meaningful Passages, want to talk about that journey through grief.
Life is marked with transitions. And, with each transition, grief can be an outcome. Grief can arise from moving homes, changing jobs, losing a loved one, losing independence, et cetera, and is part of the human experience. Lori Goldblatt and Rebecca Daum, both Grief Specialists and Thana-Doulas, are here to begin the discussion on the individual and community response to grief.
Join us to talk about services, explore what grief looks like, and begin to create a supportive and caring network of people to support us during grief. This reflective and insightful experience will help to lay the foundation of JSS' 2020 Grief Group.
A $5.00 donation fee is suggested to attending. Kosher treats and refreshments will be served.
