SNAP Mission Statement

SNAP envisions an inclusive Hamilton Jewish Community where individuals with Special Needs are able to participate fully and freely, without barriers to equity, diversity and quality of life in education and social opportunities.

 

SNAP Values

1. Promote inclusion and opportunities within the Hamilton Jewish Community.

2. Provide advocacy and support for individuals with Special Needs across all age groups.

3. Facilitate collaboration among families and community professional partners.

 

SNAP Projects 

A. The inclusion Project -- assisting Jewish organizations to achieve accessibility and inclusion.

B. Provide partial bursary towards psycho-ed assessments with fixed funding for families.

C. Educational workshops for parents and professionals.

D. Outreach events for families
